After about twenty years, members of Mariachi Estrellas de
México and Mariachi Las
Coronelas reunite. Present were: Malena Berrones,
Josefina Correa,
Concha Madera,
Isabel López,
Josefina Correa, Dora,
María de Los Angeles,
Juana Lara,
María
de Jesús Lara, Lupe Villa,
Enriqueta Aguilar and
Isabel López. (approx. 1993-2000). During that
reunion the group contracts a tour to Puerto Rico and Chicago, IL.

Her Musical Tree: |
Father was a musician. They would perform on the buses together when she was a young girl.
Her sister,
Hilda Lopez Soto, was also a first generation pioneer in Mexico.
Her four daughters perform mariachi music:
Raquél,
Aída,
Aurora and
Martha.
Her two sons, Jaime (guitarron, vihuela, guitar) and Hector (guitar, vihuela) are mariachis.
Some of her grandchildren, girls and boys, are continuing the family tradition.
